Affiliate and paid relationships

Some of the links we share earn us money. When you sign up or buy through one of them, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. That includes links shared on our websites, in social media posts and captions, in direct messages, and in email.

We disclose this wherever the recommendation appears, not only here. If you receive a message from us containing an affiliate link, that message says so before the link.

Two things we hold to:

• · We only recommend tools we actually use. If we stop using something, we stop promoting it.
• · A commission does not buy a recommendation. Being paid to say something and choosing to say it are different, and we do not blur them.

Current affiliate relationships include Higgsfield. This list changes; the disclosure in the message itself is always the authoritative one.

AI-generated content

We create video, images, and written content using AI tools, including Higgsfield and Seedance among others. Some of what you see on our channels is generated or substantially edited using these tools rather than filmed conventionally.

Where content is AI-generated we say so in the caption. We do not present AI-generated footage as documentary record of real events, and we do not use it to depict real people saying or doing things they did not.

We also use AI to assist with drafting written material. A person reviews what goes out.

Automated messaging

We operate automated replies on Instagram. If you comment a keyword on one of our posts, you may receive an automatic public reply and an automatic direct message.

How that works, and its limits:

• · Every automated message identifies itself as automated in its opening line.
• · We only reply to people who contacted us first. We do not send unsolicited messages.
• · You receive at most one automated message per topic. Commenting repeatedly does not generate repeated messages.
• · Reply asking to opt out and we stop permanently, across every topic, not just the one you replied to.
• · We do not send automated promotional messages to people who have expressed hostility or disinterest.

What we do with the data behind that is described in our Privacy Policy, and you can have those records deleted at any time via our Data Deletion page.

Sponsored and gifted items

Where a brand pays us to feature something, or provides it free, we label the content as a paid partnership or gift using the platform's own disclosure tools as well as saying so in the caption.

Accuracy and corrections

We get things wrong sometimes. If something we have published is inaccurate, email [email protected] and we will correct it rather than quietly delete it.
