Sub-processors

To provide the AKG Operator Services, we engage the third-party sub-processors below to process personal data on our behalf. We impose data-protection obligations on each of them and remain responsible for their performance. We provide at least 15 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor; to receive notifications or object on reasonable data-protection grounds, email alan@akings.com.

Note: when you connect your own tools to AKG Operator (e.g., Shopify, your email/SMS, ad, and analytics providers), those remain your services and are governed by your agreements with them; we access them on your behalf to provide the Services.
